Notice of hearing in all proceedings commenced pursuant to this act in which title to real estate is to be assigned by the court shall be given pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 59-2209 and amendments thereto. In all other cases, notice shall be given or waived as provided in Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 59-2208 and amendments thereto. A copy of the petition, including all attachments shall accompany every notice of hearing mailed in every proceeding under this act, and proof of service shall be made pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 59-2211 and amendments thereto.
