- Act: means the provisions of Kan. See Kansas Statutes 74-50,211
(a) Kan. Stat. Ann. 2023 Supp. 74-50,291 through 74-50,300, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial act.
(b) As used in Kan. Stat. Ann. 2023 Supp. 74-50,291 through 74-50,300, and amendments thereto:
(1) “Act” means the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial act; and
(2) “commission” means the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial.
