337.295 posted in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises wherein any person subject thereto is employed. Employers shall be furnished copies of such summaries, orders and regulations by the state on request without charge. Failure to mail such summaries to an employer shall not relieve the employer from the duty of complying with the provisions.
