Any person or corporation which is subject to the provisions of KRS § 367.932 to KRS § 367.974 and willfully violates the trust provision found in this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C felony. Each violation of any trust provision of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. Either the Attorney General or the appropriate Commonwealth’s attorney may prosecute violators.
