Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 15:1151
- Board: means the Prison Enterprises Board. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 15:1151
- Department: means the Louisiana Department of Corrections. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 15:1151
- Secretary: means the secretary of corrections. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 15:1151
As used in this Part, the following words shall have the following meanings ascribed to them:
(1) “Board” means the Prison Enterprises Board.
(2) “Department” means the Louisiana Department of Corrections.
(3) “Secretary” means the secretary of corrections.
