Subject to the exceptions contained in La. Const. Art. VII, § 9(A) , all funds received by the department from the sale of products and services produced by the agricultural, aquacultural, silvicultural, industrial, and service prison enterprises operated by the department in accordance with the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 15:1151 et seq. shall be deposited immediately upon receipt into the state treasury.
