Any street railway company referred to in La. Rev. Stat. 45:671 may acquire by conventional or judicial sales, or may lease, or may acquire the use of, from any railroad company, domestic or foreign, any portion of its railroad as may be situated within the limits of any municipality, with all or any part of the property, privileges and appurtenances, rights and franchises attached or necessary for the full enjoyment by the property.
