Whoever violates La. Rev. Stat. 45:711 through 45:714 shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
The provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 45:711 through 45:714 shall not apply during strikes.
