Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 51:1401
- Consumer: means any person who uses, purchases, or leases goods or services. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 51:1402
This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.”
