- Board: means the Board of Licensing of Dietetic Practice established under this chapter. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 9902
The board shall adopt rules establishing requirements for a temporary license within the scope of this chapter. [PL 1987, c. 313, §9 (NEW).]
