Sec. 2.

Any person, association of persons, firm, co-partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall, upon conviction, for each offense, be punished by a fine not exceeding 100 dollars or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court; and each prohibited transaction shall be deemed a separate offense, and shall be punishable accordingly.
