- Community college: means an educational institution providing collegiate and noncollegiate level education primarily to individuals above the twelfth grade age level within commuting distance. See Michigan Laws 389.105
The treasurer and such other officers or employees as shall handle money on behalf of the community college district shall first secure a suitable bond from a responsible bonding company, which bond shall be paid for by the board of trustees.
