- Authority: means the Michigan higher education facilities authority created by this act. See Michigan Laws 390.922
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
A member of the authority or a person executing the notes or bonds is not personally liable on the notes or bonds or subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance or nonissuance thereof.
