Terms Used In Michigan Laws 474.101
- Bus: means a motor vehicle with a seating capacity of 9 or more passengers, including the driver, that is used in the transportation of passengers and their baggage for hire upon any public highway of this state. See Michigan Laws 474.103
This act shall be known and may be cited as the “motor bus transportation act”.
