- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Person: means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, limited liability company, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 752.1051
If a person is convicted of an offense under this act, the court shall order all recordings on which the conviction is based to be destroyed.
