Minnesota Statutes 325F.16 – Penalties

Any person who violates any of the provisions of sections 325F.08 to 325F.18 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Under the Minnesota Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Misdemeanor	up to 90 days	up to $1,000
