Terms Used In Missouri Laws 105.650
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
A receiving agency in this state may, in accordance with the travel regulations of the agency, pay travel expenses of persons assigned thereto under sections 105.600 to 105.650 during the period of the assignments on the same basis as if they were regular employees of the receiving agency.
