Terms Used In Missouri Laws 115.650
- Ballot: the paper ballot, or ballot designed for use with an electronic voting system on which each voter may cast all votes to which he or she is entitled at an election. See Missouri Laws 115.013
Sections 115.650 to 115.660 shall be known and may be cited as “The Mail Ballot Election Act”. All terms used in sections 115.650 to 115.660 shall have the same meaning given such terms in section 115.013.
