Terms Used In Missouri Laws 192.019
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
This act* shall be known and may be cited as the “Missouri Nosocomial Infection Control Act of 2004”. The purpose of the act* is to decrease the incidence of infection within health care facilities in this state.
