Terms Used In Missouri Laws 198.424
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Nothing in sections 198.401 to 198.436 shall be deemed to affect or in any way limit the tax-exempt or nonprofit status of any nursing facility granted by state law.
