  • Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.

Nothing in sections 536.024, 536.025, 536.037, 536.060, 536.067, 536.073, and section 621.045 shall be deemed to govern discovery between parties in workers’ compensation cases.
