- Determination: any administrative ruling made by the division without a hearing. See Missouri Laws 288.030
- Division: the division of employment security which administers this chapter. See Missouri Laws 288.030
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The records of the division shall constitute prima facie evidence of the date of mailing or the date of electronic transmission of any notice, determination or other paper mailed or electronically transmitted under this chapter.
