Terms Used In Missouri Laws 333.251
- Person: any individual, partnership, corporation, cooperative, association, or other entity. See Missouri Laws 333.011
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Nothing in this chapter shall apply to nor in any manner interfere with the duties of any officer of local or state institutions, nor shall this chapter apply to any person engaged simply in the furnishing of burial receptacles for the dead at the time of need.
