- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490 who conspires with any other person to commit an offense under sections 40.005 to 40.490 shall, if one or more of the conspirators does an act to effect the object of the conspiracy, be punished as a court-martial may direct.
