- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Satisfactory evidence of such notice shall be required by the judge before he proceeds to take such depositions, which shall appear in his certificate annexed to the depositions.
