- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The conference shall meet on the call of the chief justice. A meeting shall be called at least once every odd-numbered year at some convenient time and place in the state. It shall be the duty of all members of the conference to attend such meeting.
