- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
All services required by the judicial conference of the state of Missouri, established by section 476.320, RSMo 1969, shall be furnished by employees of the supreme court.
