25-7-702. Grounds for objection to appointment of referee. Either party may object to the appointment of any person as referee on the same grounds that the party might object to the person as a trial juror, as provided in 25-7-223.
Terms Used In Montana Code 25-7-702
- Juror: A person who is on the jury.
- Person: includes a corporation or other entity as well as a natural person. See Montana Code 1-1-201
- Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
