Terms Used In Montana Code 37-60-304
- Department: means the department of labor and industry provided for in 2-15-1701. See Montana Code 37-60-101
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
(1)An applicant for licensure under this chapter must complete an application on a form, pay a fee prescribed by the department, and include other information, evidence, statements, or documents as may be prescribed by the rules of the department.
(2)On verification of each applicant’s qualifications and fitness for licensure, endorsement, or registration, the department shall issue a license, subject to the renewal and termination provisions of 37-1-141.
