Whenever any person after applying for or receiving a driver’s license moves from the address named in the application or in the license issued to the person, that person shall within 30 days thereafter notify the Department of his or her new and old addresses and of the number of any license then held by the person.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
