If a person is convicted of an offense described in subparagraph (1) or (2) of paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 483.9382 while operating a commercial motor vehicle, the court in which the person was convicted shall, not later than 5 business days after the date on which the person was convicted, provide to the Department notice of the conviction in a form prescribed by Department.
