‘Practitioner’ means a physician licensed pursuant to chapter 630 or 633 of NRS, physician assistant, licensed nurse, dispensing optician, optometrist, practitioner of respiratory care, registered physical therapist, occupational therapist, licensed psychologist or perfusionist.
