1. Any person conducting business in this State that files a notification with the Federal Trade Commission or the United States Department of Justice pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, 15 U.S.C. § 18a regarding a transaction that involves any assets of a group practice or health carrier in this State shall simultaneously submit a copy of the filing to the Attorney General.

- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
2. A person that submits a copy of a filing to the Attorney General pursuant to subsection 1 satisfies the requirement for notice set forth in NRS 598A.390.
