If the Commissioner finds:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 604C.560
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
1. That the financial responsibility, experience, character and general fitness of the applicant are such as to command the confidence of the public and to warrant belief that the business will be operated lawfully, honestly, fairly and efficiently, within the purposes of this chapter;
2. That the applicant has complied with the provisions of this chapter; and
3. That the applicant has available for the operation of the business liquid assets of at least $50,000, he or she shall thereupon enter an order granting the application, and file his or her findings of fact together with the transcript of any hearing held under this chapter, and forthwith issue and deliver a license to the applicant.
