‘Subscriber’ means a person whose employment or other status, except for family dependency, is the basis for his or her entitlement to receive a limited health service pursuant to a contract with a person authorized to provide or arrange for that service pursuant to this chapter.

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Entitlement: A Federal program or provision of law that requires payments to any person or unit of government that meets the eligibility criteria established by law.   • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
