Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 171-B:11
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- Venue: The geographical location in which a case is tried.
In hearings held under this chapter, upon the request of the person sought to be admitted, a change of venue or transfer may be granted at the court’s discretion.
