- Authority: shall mean the New Hampshire housing finance authority. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 204-C:1
The authority shall review each request for assistance under this subdivision to objectively determine whether such request is primarily for a public purpose and benefit in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 204-C:20.
