Pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 204-C:53, the authority shall adopt rules relative to:
I. Criteria for eligibility for loans made under this subdivision.
II. Application procedures for such loans.
III. Interest rates and amount of loans.
IV. Procedures for repayment of loans made under this subdivision.
V. Any other matter necessary to the administration of this subdivision.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 204-C:68
- Authority: shall mean the New Hampshire housing finance authority. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 204-C:1
