Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 263:24
- Bus: shall mean every motor vehicle designed for carrying more than 10 passengers and used for transportation of persons; and every motor vehicle, other than a taxicab, designed and used for the transportation of persons for compensation. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:7
- Person: shall mean the same as provided in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:74
No person shall drive a school bus as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 266:7 unless he is 18 years of age or over and has been certified for said driving by the school board, as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 263:29.
