Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:68
- Rehabilitation provider: as used in this chapter includes any person certified as a vocational rehabilitation provider under N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 281-A:2
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
After January 1, 1995, persons providing vocational rehabilitation services under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 281-A:25 as a vocational rehabilitation provider under this chapter shall be certified in accordance with this subdivision; except that state employees providing vocational rehabilitation services as part of the state vocational rehabilitation program established under N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 21-N and N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 200-C shall be certified solely in accordance with N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-I:42 and rules adopted pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-I:43.
