  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
Whenever any cemetery corporation shall take and hold trust funds according to the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 289:9, such corporation shall keep in its books an account of all funds received and held by it in the same manner as required of municipalities, and the account of any such fund shall be open to inspection by any person having an interest in the proper administration of the trust.
