Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 289:8
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies corporate and politic as well as to individuals. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:9
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Any person designated as a cemetery trustee failing to comply with the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 289:7 shall be guilty of a violation. Any other person who violates this chapter or any regulation established under the authority of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation.
