Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 478:10

The names of the creditors in any proceeding for foreclosure and the names of the original mortgagees, if they appear by the proceedings, shall be entered, as such, in the index of grantees; and the names of the debtor, defendant and original mortgagors, if they appear, shall be entered in the index of grantors.
