Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 638:27
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
If any act performed in furtherance of the offenses prohibited by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 638:26 occurs in this state or if any victim of the offenses prohibited by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 638:26 resides in this state, the offense shall be deemed to have occurred in this state.
