Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 2A:161A-10
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
A violation of the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of this act shall not affect the admissibility of evidence seized pursuant to a strip search or body cavity search.
