Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 2A:161A-9
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, no procedures as set forth in this act shall supersede any procedures of the State‘s penal institutions.
