A health care plan shall invest its funds only in such securities and assets as are eligible for investment of the funds of health insurers under Article 9 [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 9] (investments) of the Insurance Code, and subject to the provisions of that article as to investments and assets of such insurers.
