§ 619. Cooperation with authorized agencies of the department of social services. It shall be the duty of an official of any institution under the jurisdiction of the commissioner of corrections and community supervision to cooperate with an authorized agency of the department of social services in making suitable arrangements for an incarcerated individual confined therein to visit with his or her child pursuant to subdivision seven of § 384-b of the social services law.
