§ 441. Definitions. As used in this title, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

- Child: means a person actually or apparently under the age of eighteen years;

1. "Service" shall mean the child care review service created by this title.
2. "Advisory committee" shall mean the committee established by section four hundred forty-three of this title.
