Any minor victim of a violation of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-43.11, 14-43.12, or 14-43.13 shall be alleged to be abused and neglected and the provisions of Subchapter I of Chapter 7B of the N.C. Gen. Stat. shall apply. ?(2018-68, s. 8.1(c); 2019-177, s. 3.)
